- Leading business improvement initiatives within the Logistics department.

- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Providing training and mentorship to staff members on improvement strategies.

Profile
A successful Business Improvement Manager should have:
- Six sigma, Kaizen, lean delivery experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
Job Offer
