Antalis Parkside are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, an interest in sales and strong telephone skills to join us as a Sales Advisor.
This is a great opportunity to begin or develop a career in sales. All ranges of experience will be considered - it is your attitude and transferable skills which are important. There will be a structured induction programme to ensure you are provided the knowledge and support needed to be successful in this role.
Role Overview
- Responding to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples
- Processing Stock and Indent customer orders - completing administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time
- Using our Customer Relationship Management system to gather and retain key information to support the next call, deepening your relationships and communicating with the wider team
- Supporting the Field Sales team in developing their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services
- Interacting and trading with suppliers by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs
- Maximising customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services, and products
