Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a specialistGround Works, Earthworks & Civil Engineeringcompany and due to company growth, they are currently recruitingfor anAccounts Assistantto join their team based with the Coventry region.
This is a permanent, full-time role, with 7.30am-4pm working hours Monday to Friday.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
- Complete computerised VAT returns and submit to HMRC
- To verify suppliers and customers for VAT (checking VAT numbers with HMRC)
- Process the correct input and output VAT from purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
- Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) monthly reports
- Supporting payroll team
- Operating QuickBook accounting system
