The role of a Finance Assistant in Accounts and Payroll is a dynamic and crucial position within any organization.
This opportunity in Coventry offers a competitive salary range of £32,000 to £36,000 per annum and promises a varied and engaging workload.
The ideal candidate will be involved in a wide array of financial tasks including managing both purchase and sales ledgers, conducting bank reconciliations, generating debtor reports, and assisting with month-end closures. Additionally, the role extends to creating detailed financial reports, preparing monthly payroll, and handling quarterly VAT returns.
Prospective applicants should possess a minimum of three years of accountancy experience, ideally be AAT Qualified at Level 2 or above, and ideally have experience with payroll processes.
Familiarity with SAP and Sage Payroll systems is also highly valued, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team's operations.
