Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task.Provide feedback to teachers on the lesson and student progress.Support students when required and promote a positive learning experience.
About You? Classroom Confidence: You’re comfortable leading a class and managing student behaviour.? Organized & Adaptable: You can manage different subjects and quickly adapt to various learning needs.? Communication Skills: You can engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.? Experience: Previous experience in a classroom or working with young people is preferred but not essential.
