We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated General Cover Teachers to join our pool of cover staff, providing support to secondary schools across Coventry on an ad-hoc basis. • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects to secondary school students.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Ensure that students follow school rules and guidelines.
• Support students with their learning and development.
• Report to the relevant staff member on student progress and any issues during the lesson.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Adaptable and confident in delivering lessons across different subjects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and staff.
• A flexible and proactive approach, able to adapt to different school environments and needs.
• A DBS check (Enhanced Disclosure) or willingness to obtain one.
