About the Role:Colmore Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Business Teacher to join a dynamic mainstream secondary school in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3 to 5, inspiring and nurturing the next generation of young entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons to students from KS3 to KS5.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the department's development and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and examination board requirements.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS3, KS4, and KS5 in a secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
