Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic and challenging Maths lessons that inspire students and promote a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Monitor and Assess Progress: Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
- Develop Learning Resources: Create and implement engaging resources that enhance student learning and enthusiasm for Maths.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, participation, and academic excellence.
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to develop and refine the Maths curriculum, contributing to the overall academic success of the school.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong passion for teaching Maths and motivating students.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
