Supply Teachers for Coventry and WarwickshireI have been working with and supporting my schools across Coventry and Warwickshire for the past 9 years and wish to continue doing so. In order for me to achieve this I am currently recruiting for fully qualified teachers at KS3 & KS4 in order to create a "pool" of teachers for each of my schools, the idea being to provide cover to schools where teachers can work, on a supply basis but at the same school or schools of their choice regularly so that pupils will have teachers they know and are used to and vice versa.Supply plays an essential part in the education of our children for future generations but I know that schools struggle, particularly the pupils with having different faces each day in the classroom. By building a "pool" of teachers I am hoping to minimise this problem. Although schools will still have supply teachers they will be familiar faces who know the workings of the school and a knowledge of the pupils and this will be a more beneficial solution for everyone involved.Apart from day to day cover requirements my schools also approach me for both short and longer term needs so there are other opportunities available:* Day to day work which involves going to the school for the day and covering various lessons where needed.* Short term cover which can be for a week or two.* Part time and full time work depending on what you are looking for.* Long term work where you can be placed at a school for 6 weeks or more.* Permanent work. Some schools will come to us for their permanent recruitment as wellYou would be required to cover lessons at KS3 and KS4 for various subjects. As well as qualified teachers I am also looking for Cover Supervisors who would be interested in this opportunity. I know it will be hugely beneficial for the schools and their pupils to have teachers working with them on a regular basis for daily supply cover and any of the longer term work available.If you feel this is something you would like to discuss further I am more than happy to speak with you and give further information or please send your CV.
