As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards in customer service, merchandising, and stock management
- Motivating and developing your retail team, providing ongoing training and coaching to ensure their growth and success
- Driving store performance through strong commercial awareness and strategic planning
- Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised store environment
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and ensuring the store meets all operational and health & safety standards
