Requirements for the Head of Learning Disabilities :
- Proven track record in Learning Disability community services
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RNLD / RMN)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and empower a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
