Registered Manager - Residential Care for Adults with Learning & Physical Disabilities, Autism, Complex Care, Coventry, Warwickshire.

A new opportunity has arisen with a reputable national care provider, to join as Registered Manager of one of their residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This is a modern detached building with excellent facilities, both in terms of indoor and outdoor spaces, leisure activities and independence for the residents.There are excellent levels of investment from the organisation, and you will we well supported by a regional team as well as having good levels of staffing. This is a high qualityservice with excellent standards across all the CQC elements, but with room and scope for the new manager to further develeop the home and bring new ideas.

The ideal manager will be able to equally manage two areas - compliance, standards, quality, commercial awareness etc, but also have the softer skills to mentor, motivate and develop the team and ensure they continue to be proud of their achievements and the excellent environment they have created for their residents.
