Duties:

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Current registration as a Children's Manager desirable but not compulsory.
Experience working with children in a care setting.
Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial acumen.
Familiarity with home care practices and medication administration.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
