Assist Care are looking for a Residential Care Manager who can make a difference to our children and young people’s lives!  We support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs in Coventry.

As Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall care and operational performance of the home and will manage and coordinate staff, budgets and resources in addition to marketing the home and supporting with a planned expansion.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management

  • Have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with children and young people
