Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality care.

  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client care plans to ensure they meet individual needs.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
