Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality care.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client care plans to ensure they meet individual needs.
Provide training and mentoring to new and existing staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services provided.
Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in on-call duties as required.
Assist in the recruitment and selection of care staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within supported living services
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of care planning and assessment processes.
Understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices.
Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
