About the roleThe Infrastructure Analyst will join an already established team within CBS, provides a level of technical knowledge to undertake the troubleshooting and resolution to production incidents or problems independently escalation to Infrastructure Engineers if required. Completes tasks to agreed levels of quality, within stated timescales with no supervision. Looks for improvement opportunities within the team and its processes/procedures. An effective team member who provides support and guidance to peers and other team members. Contributes to team efficiency through the creation of accurate technical documentation.Responsible for independently troubleshooting and resolving all product and infrastructure service incidentsUndertake technical tasks such as patching, maintaining scripts, automated code, reviewing logs, assisting build and configuration activity and maintaining the technical estate.Effectively prioritise tasks to ensure high priority activities are completed firstSupporting change and implementation where appropriate technical competence has been reached and maintaining an enterprise view.Our benefits include:

You will be able to deliver clear and logical documentation for team members and end users to follow. Have the ability to work under pressure. Naturally be thorough, with a good attention to detail whilst having the ability to deliver to agreed timescales.You will also need a flexible approach to working hours, including being part of a call out rota to meet own objectives and assist colleagues in meeting their objectives.Essential skills

Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
Have Microsoft product knowledge and experience including:
- Windows 10
- Office 365/Office 365 mobility
- SCCM (Creating & troubleshooting; Packages, Programs, Task Sequences & Applications)
- MS Defender
- Bitlocker
In-tune
Be proficient with Active Directory, including managing GPOs, and securing and configuring endpoints with group policies
Have some experience in tools to enable effective management of the modern end user computing platform, specifically SCCM 2012 and above
Cloud experience in either AWS or Azure
Microsoft Teams Rooms and Yealink experience.
