Full Stack Developer sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.This is a permanent, full-time role based fully onsite at the company’s Meriden office.The Role:As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play an important role in developing and implementing in-house application solutions, working closely with both business and technical teams to build, maintain, and enhance our systems. Your key duties will include:
  • Front-End: Use technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop engaging user interfaces
  • Back-End: Use C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and cloud platforms e.g. Azure to develop effective processing and storage solutions
  • Develop and maintain robust web applications that ensure high performance and scalability
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy innovative solutions
  • Keep up to date with latest industry trends / best practices, adopting new technologies as required
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
The successful Full Stack Developer should demonstrate:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Full Stack Developer roles
  • Front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server
  • Experience of using Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
