Essential Skills:

- STEM degree or proven algorithm development experience.

- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Unit Testing, and code optimisation.
- Knowledge of SLAM, INS, or optimizer algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with performance-focused development.
