A specialist SEN school in Coventry is looking for passionate graduates to join their team as SEN Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and other additional needs, helping them develop essential skills for their future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with special educational needs.
- Using psychology-based and behavioural strategies to help students regulate emotions and engage in learning.
- Assisting teachers in delivering structured and engaging lessons.
- Supporting children in developing confidence, independence, and communication skills.
