Residential Learning Support Assistant | Location: Coventry, CV4 | PayScale: From £85 | Duration: Long-term to permanent | Start date: January 25

Work pattern: 7am - 10pm On a Rota Basis (Including evenings + Weekends)

Long Term Futures is seeking dedicated and compassionate residential learning support to join our clients, A specialised college, supporting students aged 16-25 with complex difficulties and learning challenges, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties. This role is crucial in fostering an inclusive environment that empowers our students to thrive both academically and personally.

The role:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive culture that embeds the College's values and beliefs, and ensures that learners and staff feel valued, safe and supported
  • You will take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of the young people in your care, supporting them to develop as individuals and engage with the world.
  • Under the direction of care managers, work with individuals and small groups of young people to ensure each child has the maximum access to all learning activities.
