Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Help students engage in classroom activities and promote their independence.
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEND is preferred.
  • A valid DBS check is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
