Your new companyHays Education work with many schools across Coventry and Nuneaton, providing day to day and longer-term support cover. Jobs are available on a full and part-time basis. We support schools with teaching, TA and office support staff. As a supply worker at Hays, you choose your hours. We have jobs available to suit both full and part-time working patterns.Your new roleHays are actively recruiting for SEN specialists to work in schools across Coventry and the Nuneaton area. These jobs are available immediately on a long-term basis. You will be required to support children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis. You will be working in mainstream primary schools, with some having their own SEN provisions within the school. What you'll need to succeedYou must have experience working in a childcare setting. Please do not apply if you do not have any childcare related experience as your application will be rejected. You will be a passionate individual that enjoys working with children. You will have experience working with children with additional needs on a 1:1 and group basis. You must be patient, empathetic and have a calm, firm but fair nature.
