This role involves supporting students with additional needs on an ad hoc basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults or children with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with additional needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Support students in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting adults or children with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the students.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
