LTF Recruitment are looking for a patient and calm 2:1 SEN teaching assistant to work in our Primary school in the Radford area. This role will involve supporting two children in EYFS with additional needs. The role is highly rewarding role involving support both inside and outside of the classroom both with learning and development, managing behaviour and personal care. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Has experience supporting children with complex needs (ASD, SLCN) on a 1:1 OR 2:1 basis
  • Has previous experience working in a school or nursery environment
  • Have strong behaviour management techniques
  • Has TA qualifications or relevant degree.
  • Can work as part of a team.
  • Has a sound understanding of the UK EYFS Curriculum
