SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 - reception - ADHD, ASD - Eastern Green (CV5) - 90-105 a day - start ASAP
Long term futures is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated SEN teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a child in reception (4/5) in Eastern Green (CV5). You will have the opportunity to assist in the development of education for a child with complex needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 with a child with complex ADHD and ASD needs
- Support and supervise classroom activity through the day
- Deliver lessons 1:1 or offer extra support through whole class lessons
- Help manage classroom behaviour
- Maintain can do attitude creating a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Have an understanding of the needs of a child with ADHD or ASD
- Prior experience working with children with behavioural needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with children who have ADHD or ASD
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude towards working with children when challenging behaviour is demonstrated
