A specialist SEN school in Coventry is looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in care work, support work, or personal care, who want to use their skills to support children with autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one to one and small group support for students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting children with daily routines, learning activities, and emotional regulation.
  • Using care-based approaches to support students' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a positive and supportive learning environment.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Carers or support workers looking to transition into education.
  • Individuals with experience supporting autism, ADHD, or other complex needs.
  • Compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals who can provide emotional and practical support.
  • People with experience in personal care, behaviour management, or therapeutic interventions (desirable but not essential).
