Our goal is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will work closely with students on a small group and 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.Key Responsibilities:

Support young adults with complex high-functioning autism in their educational and personal development.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic support for students.

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with autism or other special educational needs.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
