Our goal is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.Role Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will work closely with students on a small group and 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young adults with complex high-functioning autism in their educational and personal development.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic support for students.

Requirements:
