Your new roleYou will be working in mainstream primary schools, providing support to children with various additional needs on a one-to-one or group basis. You will be required to support the class teacher and help with activities. As this is a supply role, you may not be working in one school only. You will have the opportunity to explore different schools in your area. What you'll need to succeedYou must have experience working with children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, physical/learning difficulties and behaviour. You must be a confident TA who interacts, engages and promotes learning. Although qualifications are not required for this role, it would be an advantage.
