Your new companyHays Education is working exclusively with a school in Coventry who are on the constant look out for SEN TA's working on a supply basis. The school is within easily accessible transport links. Your new roleYou will be supporting children with additional needs across various age groups. This could be across the school, depending on the needs on that day, or you could be working on a 1:1 basis. You will support the class teacher by following plans set for the day, working in line with children's EHCP's and providing general cover as and when required.What you'll need to succeedYou must have experience working with children with additional needs. You must have patience and have a passion to see children exceed. You will be a role model and ensure children look up to you as their mentor. Ideally, you will be qualified, but this is not essential.
