A specialist SEN school in Coventry is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.



The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Enthusiastic and engaging, making learning both enjoyable and meaningful for students.
  • Resilient and adaptable, ensuring each child receives the right level of support.
  • Experienced in working with Key Stages and supporting children with challenging behaviour, ASD, or additional needs.
  • Familiar with SEND environments or willing to learn.
  • Previous experience in care work is beneficial but not essential.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support.
  • Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Helping students build confidence and develop key life skills.
