You will be required to support the teacher by working to the child's lesson plan, creating your own activities to engage the child and ensure they are actively learning. What you'll need to succeedYou must be patient and a role model. You will be passionate about working with children and helping them to learn and develop. Ideally, you will be qualified, but this is not essential. You MUST, however, have experience working in a childcare setting, supporting on a 1:1 and group basis.
