LTF Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the heart of Coventry. This rewarding role involves providing tailored, one-on-one support to a pupil with Autism, helping them thrive both academically and socially. This is a long-term position with excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hold a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or an equivalent.
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils in an educational setting.
  • Experience supporting Early Years pupils.
  • Additional qualifications such as TeamTeach or Positive Behaviour Management training are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a preference for experience in non-verbal techniques such as Makaton or PECS.
  • Skilled in providing tailored support to SEN pupils across one-on-one, small group, and whole-class environments.
  • Competent in managing, updating, and reviewing EHCPs to ensure continuous progress.
