A specialist SEN school in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in coaching, PE, or sports leadership who are eager to support children with autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging sports and physical activities tailored to SEN students.
  • Supporting students in developing coordination, teamwork, and confidence through sport.
  • Assisting teachers with structured lessons and behaviour management strategies.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed.
  • Encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle among students.


The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Passionate about sports and its impact on child development.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to adjust coaching methods to suit different needs.
  • Experienced in working with children, ideally in a coaching or school setting.
  • Comfortable supporting students with SEN, including autism and ADHD.
  • A great communicator and motivator, able to inspire young learners.
