Fleet Coordinator

6 Month contract with possible scope for extension

Office based (Coventry City Centre)

£13.49 per hour

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

We are currently looking to recruit for a Fleet Coordinator for our client who operate in the Water industry to join their busy team in Coventry. The fleet team manage a range of activities including fuel, accident management, workshop support. The role will involve interacting with our internal workshops, suppliers, colleagues and customers to deliver a 5/5 customer service

The role includes supporting key fleet administration activities, making it broad and interesting.  We’re looking for the right kind of person who is enthusiastic, a team player, process driven and customer focused, fleet experience is useful but not essential.  You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.

Ideally, but not essentially you will have experience working within Fleet or Transport and be used to following processes and working with a high accuracy while working under pressure.  You need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have experience working directly with customer.
