Hours of work, Monday to Thursday 07.30 - 16.00 and Friday 07.30 - 12.30 (37 hour working week).
Duties to include:-
* Reception and switchboard duties.
* Assist with data entry, maintaining and updating office databases.
* Communicate with Suppliers.
* Expedite Purchase Orders.
* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and filing.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Support the team members with administrative tasks as required.
* GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
* Business administration NVQ Level 2 or 3 an advantage.
* Experience of administration in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage. Used to working as part of a small team and being flexible to carry out any task required to ensure customers' needs are met.
* Experience in dealing with customer and suppliers via the telephone or email
* Able to communication with people at all levels.
