AsShipping and Customer Coordinator, based atour SIFCO Bromsgrove site, you willcoordinate the efficient delivery of our surface treatment chemicals. A key role in our company goal to continue to exceed customer expectations.

What will you do?

  • Ensure thecompletion and delivery of customer orders as percustomer expectationsfollowing all hazardous material goods regulations and best practices.
  • Process quotations and sales orders and the related documentation required (e.g.dispatch notes, invoices, etc.).
  • Be responsible forthe shipping and customsprocess coordinating the transport companies ensuring compliance with hazardous material management regulations and established best practices.
  • Work closely with the customer service, quality assurance (REACH compliance) and other internalteams to ensure customer expectations and company goals are met.
  • Create and deliver reports as required by regulations, internal guidelines and management.
  • Be proactive raising and fostering opportunities forcontinuous process improvement.
  • Comply with all environmental, health and safetyregulations and company policies and guidelines.


What are we looking for?

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3years' experience in a similar role within a chemical and/or hazardous material shipping environment.
  • Knowledge of shipping legislation and regulations for hazardous material.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High safety consciousness. Safety is at the core of our culture
