What You Will Do:
- Manage and deliver the Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain Operational Readiness for Li-Ion batteries, ensuring a seamless integration with global warehouse storage facilities and 3PL service providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics operations processes, ensuring they meet the company's electric vehicle strategy and requirements.
- Engage in the procurement process and onboarding of 3PL partners, ensuring all resources, training, and equipment are ready for operation.
- Support the development of a warehouse design in alignment with company standards, collaborating with external partners for optimal results.
- Utilise best practice learning and exploit synergies within the business regarding the storage and handling of Li-Ion batteries.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with legal obligations and align operational performance metrics to global standards and customer expectations.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong background in logistics operations set-up /start-up and implementations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to forge cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively across various functions and partners.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Prince 2, or equivalent project management frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and present recommendations based on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Proficiency in MS packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, coupled with a passion for delivering a modern luxury experience.
