The Coventry-based Engineering company is seeking a permanent Controls Manager with a salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum.
Candidates should possess an HNC or equivalent in electrical engineering and have a strong background in Control Systems Engineering across the full life cycle.
Experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley systems, along with a history in automation or manufacturing environments, is essential.
The role involves leading control systems development, managing the engineering team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Previous team management experience and excellent communication skills are beneficial for this position.

JOB – Controls ManagerLOCATION – Coventry TERM - Permanent SALARY – £50,000 - £65,000 per annum. A Coventry based Engineering company are currently looking for a Controls Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.The Controls Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

HNC or equivalent electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong background in Control Systems Engineering – full life cycle.
Strong knowledge of Siemens & Allen Bradley systems.
Previous experience in Automation/ manufacturing environments.
Previous experience managing teams is beneficial.
Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & drawings.
Excellent communication skills.

The duties & responsibilities will include:

Leading & overseeing control systems development from design through to commissioning.
Lead & develop the engineering team.
Providing support when required.
Communicating with management teams & stakeholders.
Ensuring burg
Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times.
Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
