Technical Systems Manager

As a Technical Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in developing world-class systems, processes, and procedures that support our global Quality & Technical teams as well as our supply base. This role requires a full and detailed understanding of various technical and quality management systems, making it ideal for someone with a strong background in complaints management, CAPA systems, allergens, QMS development, HACCP, KPI implementation, and product testing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system, including all procedures, policies, and codes of practice.
  • Manage and continuously review the complaints handling framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver improved and new processes.
  • Develop KPI templates that are populated and reviewed to drive improvement.
  • Support the management of product testing results and internal and external reporting.
  • Manage the in-market surveillance program and maintain close relationships with 3rd party providers.
  • Manage the horizon scanning processes.
  • Support the management of product withdrawal and recall processes.
  • Work with team members across various functions, categories, and markets to review our processes, introducing technological solutions and automation where possible to deliver true end-to-end processes that ensure full control/visibility and increased insight.
  • Ensure all quality team processes are clearly documented as part of the quality management system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Passionate about product quality, product safety, and robust systems/processes to deliver this.
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with juggling multiple timelines and working in a highly agile environment.
  • Strong team player, adept at building effective relationships and stakeholder management.
  • Highly accountable and great at problem-solving.
