Description
- Efficiently manage reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
- Handle all incoming correspondence and redirect appropriately
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage related logistics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the reception area
- Manage delivery of post and packages
- Assist in organising company events as required
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
