This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Business & Industry market.

About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 15:00

You must lead by example and will be able to demonstrate a strong cleaning knowledge base. To ensure that an effective cleaning service is provided to the client.Be responsible for the cleanliness of the buildings you are assigned as per company standard and expectation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role:

  • To delivery stock around site and to other sites
  • Ensure vehicle checked and maintained correctly.
  • Ensure stock levels are kept to standard throughout all buildings
  • Ensure the team are working productively and delivering the high standard of cleaning expected within the contract.
  • Transport staff throughout site and to other sites when needed.
  • You must be able to lead a small team of cleaning operatives - ensure they understand all areas of the building they are assigned to clean.
  • To liaise with Client & Client Contacts in order to meet their expectations on the specified service. To work as part of a team and use initiative to complete cleaning duties to a set standard.
  • Follow instructions from your Supervisor and Manager, ensuring the correct company policy and procedures are always upheld.
