We are looking for anMulti Skilled Electrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out routine PPM tasks.
  • Planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required.
  • Ensuringall documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system.
  • You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.
  • You should carry work in high standards and in line with current company policies and procedures.
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring own work and work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:

  • The ideal candidate would have appropriate up to date training including but not limited to City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent
  • 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations.
  • Experience using a range of maintenance equipment.
  • IPAF 3A & 3B and basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
  • Responsible for themselves and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
  • They need to be able to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
