Vehicle Technician - Guernsey Relocation

Qualified Vehicle Technician required to join a leading workshop based in Guernsey!

Working with leading franchises, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Mitsubishi this is your opportunity to join a fantastic team within a Diagnostic, Senior or Master Technician position!

Join the team as a Permanent member, with all work permits taken care of!

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 5 Saturdays (paid as overtime)

Qualified Vehicle Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completion of ramp appraisals and fault finding
• Vehicle health checks
• Pre-delivery inspections
• Minor, Full and Major Servicing
• Whole vehicle mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Electrical fault diagnostics and rectification
• Repair or replacement of major and minor units
• Warranty repairs and recall tasks
• Fitment of vehicle accessories
• Liaising with customers on enquiries and explanations of work undertaken or required
• Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when complete
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with manufacturer and industry guidelines

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician

• Qualified to Diagnostic, Senior or Master Technician level and able to provide proof of certifications (this is essential for work permits).
• Experienced working in a workshop environment be this independent or dealership.
• Able to relocate to Guernsey.
