A college in the West Midlands is seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for teaching and expertise in Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Develop and prepare educational materials and lesson plans.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support students in their learning and development.
- Maintain classroom management and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance curriculum and teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven teaching experience in motor vehicle maintenance or a related field.
- A teaching qualification is desirable.
- Specific experience in teaching Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
