Our long-standing client is looking for 2-3 temporary Hospitality Staff to provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to visitors during their open house event in November. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Day to Day of the role:- Meeting and greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assisting with visitor queries and providing information as needed.
- Serving refreshments and ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organised hospitality area.
- Collaborating with the event team to ensure the smooth running of the open house.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out physical tasks required by the role.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a professional appearance.
- £11.44 - £12 per hour
