Position: Maintenance Plumber
Location: Coventry
Salary: £40,000 per annum basic
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
On-call Rotation: 1 in 5 weeks
Standby Pay: £150 per week
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided
Location Scope: All work is local within Coventry
We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join a rapidly growing Building Services Company on a permanent basis, dedicated to maintaining leisure centre sites across Coventry.
Given the specific nature of these buildings, a successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS check upon receiving a job offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pipes, fixtures, and water systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
- Work with team members and clients to resolve plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Plumbing desirable
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
