The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious hospitality leader whose heart is in hospitality and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where operational service is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a Deputy General Manager who will support the General Manager in the leadership of our beautiful market town hotel. This role will lead our Food & Beverage Operation, which is at the heart of our guest experience. Our guests love to drop in while out and about in Cowbridge or choose our venue for their special occasion. This role will drive the future of our Food and Beverage service and continue our journey of turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.

What does a Deputy General Manager look like?
Food & Beverage Maestro: You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Head Chef and F&B team.
Team Player:You will be a vital part of the team and contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making everyday experiences special.
Lead by example: We are on the High Street in Cowbridge, which delivers a high-volume, high-quality food and beverage offering and is a fast-paced and exciting environment. You would lead the team by example, multitasking where needed to deliver outstanding service for your guests by inspiring a team to do the same.
