Our long-standing and esteemed client is looking for motivated individuals, with manufacturing experience, to join their well-established team in Cowdenbeath as a window and door Glazier.

As a Glazing Production Operative, you will be responsible for glazing and beading windows and doors, ensuring that every product meets the high standards for quality and craftsmanship. Full training will be given for those without experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Glazing and beading UPVC windows and doors according to specifications.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Following detailed manufacturing and glazing processes.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.

What will make you successful for this role?

• Previous manufacturing or glazing experience isdesired but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to ISO 9001 quality processes.
